General learning systems have a lot of overlap. The weights and values, relationships, thresholds, selection and activations of neural networks, markov models, decision trees, genetic algorithms, agent based optimization, and other techniques use much of the same terminology and features.
This wiki attempts to bring those together in one place, defining terms, describing uses, similarities and differences, and specifying their implementation in a miniwiki environment.
